According to the MOU, the two companies will cooperate and actively to promote Israeli startups in the fields of Green Energy and Smart Transportation to initiate JVs with Chinese companies in order to create their first presence in the Chinese market. This new platform connects between Capital Nature’s unique position as a leading seed and early stage investor in Israeli start-ups, and HTIBI experience and expertise with Chinese incubators and investments firms.
Within this JV, Capital Nature will scout for the most relevant innovative Israeli technologies, either from its own portfolio or outside it, and HTIBI will match them with the most relevant potential partners in China.
The main objective is to find the best match that will create the most relevant JV between Israeli and Chinese companies and optimize the penetration of the Israeli startup and technology to the Chinese market. Among other benefits, this platform will assist the Israeli startups to raise additional funds for this activity.
